The model shown to the right is the Windmill, a name derived from its rosette inlay pattern.
With its 15.6" lower bout, it definitely falls into the dreadnought category. Although a tad deeper than most dreads (5" at its max), its narrower than usual waist however makes it a very comfortable instrument to play, even if you're lying on a couch...
One of its most unusual feature is probably its three-piece back - shown next page -. Quilted mahogany was also used for sides. The neck is here a 3-piece laminate of Honduras Mahogany and flamed Maple, and is complemented with an Indian Rosewood fingerboard.
This guitar is loud without being too boomy. Loads of sustain and harmonics. I especially enjoy the way the highs seem to naturally blend with the mids to produce a pleasant and balanced sound. Chords after Chords...
